Laserforce will install your equipment, check your premises for 'playability', and train you and your staff well before opening day. To ensure that your business hits the ground running, our installation team can remain at your site for a period after you open. We compile a comprehensive post-installation report that notes any changes that would improve your site's operation. And our support doesn't stop there.
Seven day support service
After installation, we remain in touch to ensure that your centre runs profitably and to keep you up to date with developments. Laserforce and its regional distributors provide a seven-day support service, ensuring that, on any given day, you can access support for any aspect of the Laserforce system.

Two-year warranty
Laserforce offers a two-year warranty on its equipment. As we're a 'no hassles' company, we deal with all warranty issues sympathetically and expediently. The specific details of your warranty are outlined in your sales agreement.
Please note: Zap Tag systems have a one-year warranty.
Software upgrades and ongoing innovations
The Laserforce SuperNova software is a never-ending story. New technology is always emerging that makes the software better and better. Software upgrades average around three releases a year.
Player need and investor requirements drive the development program. So you'll be offered many upgrades to enhance your Laserforce system, which you can easily incorporate into existing systems for a very reasonable cost.
